With over 7 years of progressive experience at Teach For Nepal, I have dedicated my career to transforming education in rural Nepal through leadership, mentorship, and innovation. I currently serve as a Leadership Development Manager, where I supervise and support Fellows across multiple municipalities, coordinate with local governments, and manage impactful projects like the Playful Engineering-Based Learning (PEBL) initiative in collaboration with Tufts University and the LEGO Foundation. Previously, as a Leadership Development Coordinator, I oversaw fellows in Lamjung and Parsa, led professional development programs, and implemented remote learning solutions during the COVID-19 lockdown. My journey with Teach For Nepal began as a Fellow, teaching secondary-level Science in rural Lalitpur. I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management from Kathmandu University and a Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Technology from Sharda University. I am passionate about educational equity, community-led development, and youth empowerment.
