I am a dynamic professional with a multidisciplinary background in education leadership, community development, brand management, and engineering. Currently serving as the Cluster Impact Lead at Bits Ladder International, I work closely with Jeetpursimara Sub-Metropolitan City to drive localized impact. Over the years, I’ve taken on diverse roles—including Learning Engagement Coach at Skill Lab, COO at Next Coach, and Brand Manager at Asta Wolf Nepal—leading initiatives in youth empowerment, capacity building, and strategic outreach. My journey began in the engineering sector with roles at Saint-Gobain and Grindwell Norton Ltd., before transitioning into the social impact sector through a transformative Fellowship at Teach For Nepal and a Global Girls’ Education Fellowship with Teach For All. My work has spanned grassroots education, experiential event curation, gender advocacy, and project management across Nepal and India. I bring a blend of technical expertise, creative thinking, and leadership to every role I take on—committed to creating inclusive, purpose-driven change.
